Accompanied by assistants, Prussian Minister of Justice Kerrl and Dr. Frank, Federal Commisioner for the Reform of Justice, flew to Vienna, Austria, to attend a National-Socialist congress, but were met on landing by Austrian authorities who told the delegation plainly and bluntly that they were not wanted in the country.
