663812 Michigan City, Ind. — Employees of the Pullman-Standard Car Manufacturing Co. in Michigan City collected 120,000 pounds of scrap metal and symbolically dug the graves for the three Axis dictators. They bought bonds with the money received from the sale of the scrap. Credit line (ACME), 10/5/42 stamped: “REF. DEPT. 10-9-42 N.E.A.”; “ACME Newspictures, Inc.”
